Dorito Crusted Chicken Strips.
These chicken tenders are great for dipping. Just set out a few sauces like ranch, ketchup, BBQ or honey mustard and watch them disappear.

Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) chicken tenders or boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 ½ cups (150 g) crushed Doritos (nacho cheese flavor or your choice)
½ cup (50 g) breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crispiness)
2 large eggs
¼ cup (50 ml) milk
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cooking oil or spray
Instructions
1. Place Doritos in a food processor or a sealed plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs. Mix with breadcrumbs if using.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk to make the egg wash.
3. In a separate bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper. Rub this mixture onto the chicken strips.
4. Dip each strip into the egg mixture, then roll in the Dorito crumb mixture until fully coated.
5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray.
6. Arrange chicken strips on the tray and bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
