Place them alongside apple slices, nut clusters, and maybe even some spiced cider doughnuts. Oh, and let's not forget a steaming mug of cinnamon-infused hot chocolate!

They're so easy to make! Ready to pop into your mouth within minutes. No hassle, no mess, and absolutely no waiting for that oven to preheat.

Perfect for that upcoming Halloween party or, you know, a Tuesday night treat.

Ingredients:

  • 36 Golden Oreos

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1 12-ounce package of Orange Candy Melts

  • 15 Pretzel Sticks, broken in half

  • 30 green M&M’s

Instructions:

1. Place the Golden Oreo cookies into a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until a fine crumb.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine your cookie crumbs with the cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until the ingredients come together.

3. Shape the Oreo mixture into small balls using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop and lay them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper.

4. Place the balls on a flat board or plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

5. When the Oreo balls are solid, melt the candy according to the package instructions. If using a microwave, melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until it's a creamy consistency.

6. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted candy melt, ensuring it's fully coated, and lay them back on the baking sheet. You can use a fork to help lift them out and tap off any excess candy coating.

7. Before the chocolate sets, place a small pretzel piece on top of each ball to resemble a pumpkin stem.

8. It adds a delightful little crunch and makes these pumpkin Oreo truffles look so adorable!

9. Add a green M&M next to the pretzel to form the pumpkin’s stem and leaf.

10. Return the candy-coated Oreo balls to the refrigerator to chill for another 30 minutes until the candy has hardened.

Store your finished pumpkin balls in an airtight container.

These Oreo pumpkin truffles not only make a beautiful addition to your fall or Halloween party but are also a delightful surprise for Thanksgiving dinner.
