They’re quick to assemble (15 minutes from start to finish)and perfect for parties since they’re easy to grab and enjoy without needing plates.

Ingredients
30 pieces of salami
6 cracker-sized slices of cheddar cheese
12 blackberries
18 grapes
6 rosemary sprigs
6–12 club crackers
6 gherkins
6 red & green Christmas charcuterie cups
24–30 mini skewers
Star cookie cutter
Instructions
1. Place one rosemary sprig into each charcuterie cup.
2. Cut star shapes from the cheddar slices using the star-shaped cookie cutter.
3. Fold each salami slice in half, then in half again.
4. Skewer 4-5 folded pieces onto a mini skewer. Add one skewer to each cup.
5. Skewer a cheese star, followed by 1-2 blackberries. Place one skewer into each cup.
6. Skewer one gherkin per skewer and place into each cup.
7. Skewer 3 grapes per skewer and add to each cup.
Tip: To vary the height of the ingredients, trim some skewers shorter so the grapes sit lower in the cup.
8. Add 1-2 club crackers to each cup just before serving to keep them crisp.
