Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 3 cups crushed golden Oreos

  • 21-ounce can of blueberry pie filling

  • 21-ounce can of strawberry pie filling

  • 6 plastic cups or mason jars

  • Fresh strawberries and blueberries to serve

How to Make Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Cups

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

2. Fold in half of the whipped topping until fully combined.

3. Spoon about two-thirds of the crushed golden Oreos evenly into the bottoms of six cups or mason jars.

4. Divide the blueberry pie filling evenly among the cups, spreading it gently over the Oreo crumbs.

5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture evenly over the blueberry layer, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon.

6. Top each cup with strawberry pie filling.

7. Finish with the remaining whipped topping and refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours.

8. Top with fresh strawberries, blueberries and the remaining crushed Oreos before serving.
