Cinnamon Roll Bunnies.

Okay, let’s be real, holiday mornings can be a lot. Between wrangling kiddos in their Easter best, trying to hide eggs without being seen, and making sure the ham isn’t overcooked... brunch can feel like an afterthought. BUT! That’s where these adorable Cinnamon Roll Bunnies come hopping in to save the day.

These are seriously the easiest treat I’ve made in a long time. Think of them as your secret weapon for Easter brunch, spring-themed baby showers or even a weekend breakfast because why not?.

And no, we’re not making homemade cinnamon rolls from scratch today. We’re keeping it simple with a can of cinnamon rolls because we've all got things to do, am I right?

The Cutest Easter Breakfast Ever!

These cinnamon roll bunnies are super kid-friendly and so easy to make, even little hands can help shape the bunny ears and add the sprinkles. With just a can of cinnamon rolls and a few simple steps, it’s a fun way to get the kids involved in the kitchen without the mess or stress.

They're also surprisingly make-ahead friendly! Just pop any extras into an airtight container (if there are any leftovers) and they’ll stay soft and sweet the next day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls (the large kind)

  • Easter Sprinkles

How To Make Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls.

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven according to the package directions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll.

3. Gently unroll a small portion of the outer edge of each roll and shape it into two bunny ears. Pinch the ends to secure them.

3. Place shaped rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.

4. About halfway through baking, check on the rolls. If the ears have started to spread, carefully reshape and pinch them back into place using a spoon or spatula.

5. Bake until golden brown.

6. Once baked, let them cool slightly.

7. Drizzle the included icing over each roll.

8. Finish by decorating with Easter sprinkles.

You can serve your little bunnies alongside fruit kabobs, yogurt parfaits and a batch of these Easter blondies to create a colourful Easter breakfast spread.

If you have any extras (or make a double batch), wrap the cooled bunnies in clear treat bags tied with ribbon for an adorable party favor or a sweet little addition to Easter baskets.
