Ingredients:
1 box Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (18.8 oz)
2 bags Mini Marshmallows (10 oz each)
1 stick Butter or Margarine (½ cup)
Cooking Spray
Directions:
1. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. Cut butter into small squares, about 1 tablespoon in size each.
3. Add butter and marshmallows to a large mixing bowl.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, until marshmallows have risen near the top of the bowl.
5. Stir until fully smooth. If there are still chunks, pop it back in the microwave for 10-second bursts until no chunks remain.
6. Add the Cinnamon Toast Crunch to the bowl, and stir quickly to coat all of the cereal.
7. Press the melted marshmallow mixture evenly into the pan (spray your hands with non-stick spray for easier handling).
8. Let sit for 1 hour or until set, then cut into bars and enjoy!
Tips:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Just pop a piece of parchment paper between layers to keep them from sticking together.
Do not freeze or store in the fridge or they will get soggy/rubbery.
If you want to be extra fancy, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and add a few crushed cinnamon crunch pieces for that extra wow factor.
Whether you're planning a party, need a quick dessert for a crowd, or just want to surprise the whole family with a fun afternoon treat, these cereal treats have you covered.
And if you're throwing together a fun kids' party or backyard BBQ, fill some snack bowls with Golden Grahams S'mores trail mix, whip up a batch of Cinnamon Crunch Donuts and boom, you’ve got a sweet little party spread that everyone’s gonna love!
