These 3-minute Air Fryer S’mores are everything you love about campfire treats without the campfire! Super quick easy recipe, gooey and perfect for parties, movie nights, or a sweet snack fix.

Easy Air Fryer S'mores.

You know I’m all about those quick, easy desserts that are made with simple ingredients and big on taste. Whether you're planning a party, hanging with the fam on movie night, or just craving something sweet at midnight (no judgment—we've all been there), these Air Fryer S’mores are a total game changer.

These little treats are ready in minutes, like, seriously, under 5 minutes from start to snack. We’re talking zero campfire required, minimal clean-up, and that same gooey, chocolatey, toasty perfection you’d get by the fire.

I mean, come on, what’s not to love?

Air Fryer Gooey S'mores.

I like to call these “anytime treats” because honestly, there’s never a bad time for a gooey S'mores. I make them all the time for birthdays, backyard BBQs, and even girls’ night.

They make a perfect end-of-the-week treat (especially on a Friday when you’ve earned a little indulgence!)

I love making them for kids’ slumber parties too. They’re a total crowd please and the little ones can even help assemble their own.

And yes, they totally work for Valentine’s date night in because melted chocolate + gooey marshmallows = romance. Oh, and don’t sleep on these as a last-minute dessert when guests drop by unexpectedly They’ll think you're some kind of snack genius.

And the best part? No campfire drama. That means no open fire, no smoky hair and no fiddling with skewers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 graham crackers, broken into squares

  • 1 Hershey’s chocolate bar, snapped in half

  • 4 regular marshmallows (or 2 large marshmallows)

How to Make Air-Fryer S’mores (In Literally 3 Minutes).

1. Break your graham crackers in half so you’ve got four even squares.

2. Place marshmallows on two of the squares (these are your bottom layers).

3. Pop them in the air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes depending on how melted or golden brown you like your marshmallows. You can line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

4. Break the chocolate bar in half, so that they are even squares. Top the marshmallows with your chocolate squares the moment they come out. The heat from the marshmallows melts it just right.

5. Top it off with the other graham cracker squares and press gently. And voilà, S'mores sandwich heaven!

While Air Fryer S’mores are definitely best enjoyed warm and fresh, you can store leftovers if needed especially if you’re prepping a batch ahead for a party or just can’t finish them all in one go.

Let the S'mores cool completely. Pop them in an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 5 days.

If you’re all about that ooey-gooey center, try using jumbo marshmallows and give them a little squish after heating. Swap the crackers for digestive biscuits or the milk chocolate for dark chocolate.

And don’t be afraid to get creative and use your favorite chocolate! I’ve swapped in Reese’s, Cookies & Cream, and even caramel-filled bars, and let me tell you… total game changer.

And if you're throwing together a fun little summer hangout, toss some s’mores trail mix into snack bowls, whip up a batch of s’mores cereal bars, and boom—you’ve got a sweet little party spread that everyone’s gonna love!
