I’ve made them for everything from game day spreads and baby showers to school parties and last-minute playdate snacks, and they always vanish in seconds.
Whether you're hosting or need a fast treat to bring along to a family gathering, these delicious caramel apple grapes are always a hit!
Ingredients:
1 cup caramel bits
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup roasted peanuts, finely chopped
50–60 seedless grapes
Toothpicks
Instructions:
1. Combine the caramel bits and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stick a toothpick into each grape.
4. Dip each grape into the melted caramel, letting the excess drip off.
5. Immediately dip into the chopped peanuts to coat.
6. Place the coated grapes on the prepared baking sheet. Let them cool until the caramel is set.
7. Serve at room temperature. Best enjoyed the same day.
