Acorn Nutter Butter Cookies.

These cute acorn cookies are a favorite in our house. They’re great kid-friendly fall snacks.

I’ve made them for bake sales, holiday gatherings and school events.

Here’s why:

  • Super easy to make (just 20 minutes!)

  • No baking required

  • Perfect for kids to help with

  • Ideal for fall-themed parties, class treats or Thanksgiving dessert tables

Ingredients:

  • 12 Nutter Butter cookies

  • 24 oz. chocolate almond bark

  • Chocolate sprinkles

  • Pretzel sticks

Instructions:

1. Break each Nutter Butter cookie in half. Each half will serve as the base of one acorn.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark in 30-second increments, stirring well between each interval until smooth.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4. Dip the non-rounded part of each Nutter Butter half into the melted chocolate.

5. Let any excess chocolate drip off.

6. Sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles over the dipped chocolate half.

7. Break pretzel sticks into small pieces (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch each) and press one piece into the top of each chocolate-dipped cookie to resemble a stem.

8. Repeat for all cookie halves.

Once fully set, store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

If you’re ready to wow your guests with something simple and seasonal, these Nutter Butter acorn cookies are a must-try. Just like apple crumble muffins and mini caramel apple grapes!
