These taco pretzel bites are proof that you don’t need a long ingredient list or complicated process to serve something unforgettable.

They’re easy to make ahead and store perfectly for up to two weeks. Great for lunchboxes, road trips, or weekend grazing.
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) bag sourdough pretzel bites
1 stick salted butter (½ cup)
1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
2. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute or until fully melted.
3. Stir in ¾ of the taco seasoning packet (about 1½ tablespoons or 0.75 oz) into the melted butter.
4. Fold in the pretzels gently, coating them evenly with the butter mixture.
5. Spread the pretzels in a single layer on a 9x13 baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle the remaining taco seasoning over the top.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Storage: Keep in a sealed bag or airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
