  • Ready in under 40 minutes
Perfect for busy nights when you want something homemade without the fuss.

  • Family and party-friendly
Kids love them, adults love them, and they tend to disappear as quickly as they’re served.

  • Simple ingredients
Nothing fancy, just pantry staples turned into something surprisingly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 large yellow onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 6 slices cheddar cheese

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Start by browning your ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Once it’s fully browned, drain any excess grease and add the meat back to the pan.

2. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion. Cook until the onion softens.

3. Slice your Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.

5. Add your slices of cheddar cheese.

6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of the tops of the rolls.

7. Bake the sliders at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, just until the cheese melts and the tops start to toast.

8. Mix the melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush it generously over the top of the warm rolls.
